Create a file called /etc/hal/fdi/policy/10-ideacom-idc-6680.fdi with the following contents:

This will work great with a 2009 distribution (tested with Mandriva 2009.1) with no xorg.conf file. Remember to restart haldeamon to see changes take effect.
